Under his leadership, ABG has expanded its portfolio through various subsidiaries and strategic partnerships, including investments in financial institutions such as Chief Bank (Cambodia) Commercial Bank Plc., as well as other business ventures that contribute to economic development and financial innovation in the region.

Mr. Chen is recognized for his strong entrepreneurial mindset and commitment to sustainable business development. He has been instrumental in shaping ABG’s strategy of building a diversified and resilient business ecosystem that supports regional economic growth while maintaining high standards of corporate governance.

Ms. Yang serves as a member of Board of Director and her responsibilities span governance, risk oversight, and strategic planning, contributing to the Group’s long-term growth and resilience.

She holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Xi’an University of Finance and Economics. Ms. Yang brings extensive experience in financial services and investment management. Her prior roles include Business Department Manager at Shaanxi Zhongding Financing Guarantee, Executive Director at Shaanxi Hengtong Juli Private Equity Fund, and Investment Manager at Xi’an Qujiang Cultural Financial Holdings.

Ms. Tian Yanhua serves as a member of Board of Director and brings extensive expertise in financial planning, risk management, and corporate banking. She has held senior positions across leading financial institutions and investment firms, contributing to the Group’s strong governance and strategic growth.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law and is a certified AFP Financial Planner. Her prior experience includes serving as Finance Director at Shaanxi Zhongding Financing Guarantee, Risk Control Director at Huize Yuntian Private Fund Management, Corporate Client Manager at Bank of Beijing, and Investment and Wealth Management Manager at Zhongrong International Trust.

Ms. Xin Wenjing serves as a member of Board of Director and contributes her expertise in trust management, corporate lending, and small-loan financing. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Xi’an University of Finance and Economics.

Her career includes senior roles such as Vice President at Xi’an Digital China Network Small Loan, Trust Manager at Changan International Trust, and Account Manager at the Agriculture Bank of China.

Mr. Wang Wenbo is a member of the Board of Directors and brings extensive experience in banking and financial management. He holds a Master of Business Administration from Northwest University and is recognized as a Senior Economist.

He dedicated 44 years to the Agriculture Bank of China (Xi’an Branch), where he developed deep expertise in corporate banking, financial operations, and strategic leadership.
