Banking Service via E-mail allow you to pay your bills, transfer funds, or make withdrawals or other operations upon your requests/instruction easily by sending E-mail to Chief Bank.
Service Feature
This service allows you to be able to operate your account via E-mail with Chief Bank as below:
- Pay your bills, transfer funds, or make withdrawals to other parties.
- Open Fixed Deposit.
- Continue or terminate the contract of Fixed Deposit.
- Unblock account or reactivate dormant account.
- Other operations based on agreement.
Fees Charge
- Registration fee USD2.00 or equivalent
- Free of charge for service cancellation or transaction cancellation (if the transaction is not yet completed). The cancellation is made by E-mail or at Chief Bank's branch.
- The fees in our website are quoted for indication purpose only and subject to variation.
How To Use
Please fill in the registration form by giving your name, account number, ID Card or Passport, and E-Mail Address. Then, you can operate your transactions as below:
- Send E-mail to Head of Operations or Branch Manager of the branch that you have registered with.
- While you want to transfer funds, pay your bill, or making withdrawals, please state your personal information clearly in your E-mail such as name, account number, amount, purpose, or other documents and ensure that you have sufficient balance in your account.
- State receiver's information clearly except a deposit into fixed deposit.
