On Tuesday, 17 January 2023, Dr. Soeung Morarith joined and received the completion of certification in Chartered Banker hosted by IBF and provided by Chartered Banker Institute, UK, which takes place at the Center for Banking Studies presided over by H.E. Chea Chanto, the Governor of the National Bank of Cambodia.
