Chief Bank convened its 2026 Annual General Meeting under the theme “New Chapter, Shared Success”   

On the morning of Friday, 16 January 2026, Asian Business Group (ABG) and its subsidiary Chief Bank convened its 2026 Annual General Meeting under the theme “New Chapter, Shared Success” at Shangri-La Phnom Penh. The meeting was presided over by ABG's CEO, Oknha Hout Ieng Tong and Chief Bank's CEO, Dr. Lim Aun, together with subsidiary's Chief Executive Officers and management teams from across the ABG, with approximately 200 participants.

The purpose of the meeting was to review ABG’s progress and achievements in 2025, and to communicate the business plan and strategic direction for 2026, as approved by the Board of Directors.

In addition, the meeting served as a platform to align and guide employees toward the effective and efficient execution of the 2026 business plan.
