TestFlight Installation Guide
Follow the steps below to install and set up CHIEF Bank Mobile Banking on your iPhone.

Install TestFlight
- Open the App Store on your iPhone.
- Search for TestFlight.
- Tap Get (or cloud download) to install it.

1.3 Tap Get to install

Open the invitation
- Open the TestFlight invitation email on your iPhone.
- Tap View in TestFlight.
- TestFlight will open automatically.

2.2 Tap “View in TestFlight”
2.3 TestFlight opens automatically

Accept and install
- Find CHIEF Bank Mobile Banking.
- Tap Accept if requested.
- Tap Install.
3.1 Find Chief Mobile Bank
3.2 Tap “Accept” (if requested)
3.3 Tap “Install”

Open the application
- Tap Open in TestFlight, or
- Tap the CHIEF Bank Mobile Banking icon on your iPhone home screen.
4.1 Tap Open in TestFlight
4.2 Or tap Chief Mobile Bank on your iPhone

Start using the app
Log in using your normal CHIEF Bank Mobile Banking credentials and start using the application.

Unable to install?
- Make sure TestFlight is installed.
- Make sure you opened the invitation using the correct email address.
- Check your internet connection.
- Make sure the invitation has not expired.
- Make sure your iPhone supports the required iOS version.
If the problem continues, please contact CHIEF Bank IT/Application Support and provide a screenshot of the error.
Important
This is a temporary TestFlight version of CHIEF Bank Mobile Banking.
When the official App Store version becomes available, please update to the official version.
